Hello, welcome to my web site, I hope you find it both interesting and
useful. First a little about Me. I was born in Washington, State and have
spent most of my life here in the Puget Sound area. I have not been
employed since February 1996 because of a health condition
called C.O.P.D. For those of you that have never heard of
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
It is a term that is sometimes used to describe someone with Bronchitis
and Emphysema. Because of the wealth of information now available
on the Internet, I am slowly finding out that there are other lung disorders
also that make it difficult for many people to get around as they have been
custom to all their lives.
The major cause you guessed it "SMOKING". Also
there are a lot of chemicals manufactured now days that are supposed to
make life easier for us to clean with and so on that are doing major damage
to our health so be “careful” of how you use these products. Read their
labels closely and keep them out of the reach of children.
Life doesn't end immediately when you are diagnosed with C O P D, but It
dose call for changing the way you have been used of doing many things.
You learn to move a little slower as to not get short on oxygen and do more harm to the rest of your bodies organs.
